I DID see one in TAP , probably 5 or so years ago, that said:

Will settle for: $32,000.00

I think you're doing a fine job, though. Keep up the enthusiasm. It'll sell. Be patient. It's been said thet it's always easier to buy a plane than it is to sell one. The right buyer will eventually come around and it looks like they'll end up with a nice one when it happens.
