In case anyone is looking for an especially nice, low-time 1970 C-150, the price of N5816G (listed in our classifieds) has been reduced from $26,500 to $14,500.

Just kidding. But 16Golf is still available for someone looking for an extra nice plane.

CAUTION: If your looking for a plane to spend a lot of extra cash on after the purchase , this is NOT the plane for you. 16G is a needs nothing , buy and fly plane.

Maybe it would help if you changed the ad to read:

Asking: $42,900.00
Will Accept: $26,500.00

I DID see one in TAP , probably 5 or so years ago, that said:

Worth $82,000.00
Will settle for: $32,000.00

I think you're doing a fine job, though. Keep up the enthusiasm. It'll sell. Be patient. It's been said thet it's always easier to buy a plane than it is to sell one. The right buyer will eventually come around and it looks like they'll end up with a nice one when it happens.
