OK - Here's the deal.

I am looking to add this item and Aerotherm as one of my product distributors. They make a really good product, especially for those of us with hangared birds. You can set it and forget it all winter long, it will regulate the temps without over heating. Since the engine temps aren't going up and down (say you regulate to 60 degrees) you won't have the typical worry of moisture associated with an unused preheat. So as I said - set it and forget it. Of course some may opt for the remote switch to turn their unit on from home or on the road. But then you really should make sure you fly the aircraft.

Aerotherm Deuce: http://horizonspilotshop.com/Aerotherm- ... -DEUCE.htm

My initial order with Aerotherm must be 5 units. Honestly I'm not a large enough operation to shelve this many units waiting on sales. So I'm looking for buyers now to go in with my initial order. I became a LightSPEED dealer in much the same way.

Unit costs 499.00 online through Aerotherm. I have them priced for less at around 469.00

For this initial order you can order the Aerotherm Deuce from me, for a blow out price of $399 for the unit. Shipping is additional, unless you want to pick your unit up at our Pilot Shop at the Reading Regional Airport.

Interested parties please contact me via email at: pilotshop@newhorizonsaviation.net as this will not be an advertised price. You're simply helping me fill my initial order, and getting a great deal on a great unit.

Thanks - and my apologies for the infomercial (wasn't really my intent)

PS - Post made for Dave at Horizons Pilot Shop - he works with me operating my aircraft.

To save Club members $100 dollars over most web sites ($65 over the pilot shop)via a group purchase. I orginized it. I promoted it. If you go to the pilot shop web site the price is $465.00. If I did anything wrong by trying to save fellow pilots money then I am sorry.

That's a pretty nice heater, Steven.

Lightweight, compact, nice design and affordable, too.

Steven~
I don't regard it as solicitation.
Thanks for passing along the price break and good luck to your buddy Dave at Horizons!

Just wanted to let you know that I too regard your post (and others like it) as helpful. No worries here. (Wilbur already has a pre-heater so I won't be ordering though.)

Not sure that Jerry was impling that It was. I was just emphisising that it was a group purchase which I do not think are against club policy. Thanks for your support.

Thanks Steve,

I appreciate it also. I wish I could get one, but my parking spot is far from any electricity.

Hey, anytime we can get a deal, I am for throwing it out to the group.

I did not know there was a specific policy on what could/could not go on this particular thread if it was posted by a member. MM

I think that there is a clause somewhere that says this area is not to be used by commercial type buisnesses.
