Maybe I should have said "slightly tarnished gem" and not "hope diamond-like gem"

I am planning on listing it on Barnstormers & General Aviation News next week. The one thing about this plane is that it needs nothing, so you won't have to pony up some $ to upgrade. Oh sure......there are always upgrades that can be done. The listing price is going to be $44,500.

I feel the same as GPB............just going experimental, and sport pilot.

EYE is an excellent place to get a $200 burger. Rick's Boatyard Cafe is literally 100 yards away from the runway...
Okay then...

Which I would buy in a heartbeat if I didn't already have a nice 152 (and a 2nd airplane as well).

Brian,

If you want an airplane that looks like a "Gem", I don't have one. If you are looking for a good solid airplane and are more concerned about how it works than how it looks, I have a VFR '66 for sale in the low $20's.

I purchased a 1974 IFR bird and really can't afford a fleet - even a fleet of two.

Let me know if you want more info.

Kenn
