Interesting. 120 cruse with 160 HP and a tail wheel conversion? Thought it was faster than that.

Anyone know what TBO on the O 320 is? Thought it was around 2400.

I saw this one for sale a few months ago. If I bought it I would need more E's for the banner. It would say...

YIPEEEEE ! ! ! when I flew it.

Actually banner towing can get you killed if your not careful. A good friend had a partner in a banner towing business. About 20 years ago they were to tow a banner over the Packers stadium. The friend took off, came around for the banner, made a perfect hook and pulled up to lift the banner. His engine choked on a spoonful of water at that instant. He died at the scene.

Then the advertiser called ,just furious that his banner was late. My friend Lowell explained the plane had crashed and the pilot was killed trying to tow his banner.
The advertiser yelled he wanted another plane pronto just get it here now!

Lowell just hung up the phone and cried. They were best friends.

Bottom of the yellow arc (as per the STC) on the 180hp towplane I fly is 120mph. It'll go faster in smooth air.

O-320 should have a recommended TBO of 2000 hours.
