UGH!! I can start to move forward on this as soon as I get home from being in lovely Kansas!
I ordered all the documents from the FAA website to make sure there aren't any surprises as the owner is missing the logbooks for over half its life, and only has a few of the papers associated with this aircraft. When I got a hold of the documents on the FAA there was 80 pages of documents. The present owner only has 11 or so. They should be in my mailbox by the time I get home. Fingers crossed!
