Just one minor FYI before you get too deep into the auction:

That little metal plate that covers the top of the front wheel pant is $400.00+ from Ce$$na and is extremely rare, by itself. You could start a separate auction just for it with an opening bid of $100.00 and/or a buy-it-now for $250.00.

I'll be happy to accept a small 25% commission for that little tidbit of information. grin

Bengie - I knew that - which is why I mentioned it was so rare and hard to find. But you know - half my last annual was from cheap eBay parts and gifts and things off the mechanics' shelf that I could "just have".

Feeling generous - time for a little "goes around, comes around"

And to think I beat the seller down to $75.00 when I bought my front pant. And then made him ship it to me which was $30.00. And it came with the plate. cool

You could "make" almost anything fit..
But-
Since these are for flat spring gear, the backing plate bolt holes would have to match the tubular pattern...
and....the 73 backing plates ( I think) are different than the earlier type.
There are at least 4 different types of configuration over the 150 production.
The eBay listing omitted the picture of the backing plate shape.

If it were me, they would go in storage in case some day I wanted them back on the plane, or some day you might be selling the plane, and they would be nice to have to get a higher price with wheel fairings included and already painted to match plane.....
