I have fellow member in the 120/140 club that is looking for a Stainless steel firewall for an aircraft he is working on. I told him I would ask over here for him. Here is his original post

Hi. I have a 140 project on the go as well as a Cessna 152 which I need a firewall for. Does anyone know of a fabricator that could make a firewall for the 152? Cessna is not able to supply it. The 152 I need the firewall for is a 1980, s/n 152-83782. Would prefer to get a SS firewall. Originally they were aluminized steel, which doesn't last.

Thanks guys

I gotta line on some fire walls. You need a 140 and 152, what year? What are they worth to you?

I made a 150 fire wall for my A&P practical. The examiner made a die out of the old one by pouring some type of molten metal into the old 1 and then he had me and another applicant spend bout 3 - 4 hours beating the thing out with hammers. After he trimmed it and drilled the holes it worked fine.
