If anyone is interested, I purchased a cover for my 152 from Aircraft-covers.com used it three times and sold the plane. The fellow who bought the plane did not want the cover. I just paid 159.00 plus 17.50 or there abouts for it at Christmas. I will sell it for 100.00 plus shipping. A Picture of one from their web site is attached. I had two com antenna's one on each side so there is no hole for an antenna as the cover went between them on my 152. Email me if interested at mike.norton@am.dodea.edu.

Thanks,
Mike

Mike,

I am thinking about buying one of these for my Cherokee. I only use them rarely, but like to have one when it is parked outside. What do you think of the quality and durability. The price is sure reasonable. Are they water repellent?

We have one that we use on longer cross country flights where the airplane may need to sit for long periods. I believe it is made by Kennon? Initially, Before hanger, it got used extensively. We had the usual back window leak on 72G. With the cover on, no water ever got into the cabin. Sure is a lot of fun to try to install single handed in a high wind! Hee! Hee!

Thanks Bill, but I don't suspect that Mike as a Kennon or Bruce cover. There is another player that is a LOT cheaper as noted in what Mike paid for his. So.....that is why I am curious as to whether he is happy with it.

I had a nice Bruce's cover for my Cardinal and it was pretty sweet. But...don't want to spend $250-400 for a cover either.

I have had a couple of covers from this company and have been happy with them. You are right as it is not a Bruce or Kenon Cover but seem to be of good quality material and workmanship. It is certainly worth what they charge especially when you compare the price to others.

Thaks to all who inquired. I have sold this one.

Mike

Thanks Mike...I ordered mine late last week. Huge price difference over the others, and since I only use mine when away from my hangar, it should work out perfect.
