Probably over $30K to $32.5K I will bet. No mention of radio's. Looks like the baggage compartment aux fuel tank. Nice looking paint just needing the stripes finished off, and the Horton STOL should make it a nice performer.
Wonder what type of overhaul. Sensinich Prop so if you have a hollow crank O-320, you have the 2150-2350 RPM restriction (no continuous operations).
At about $28.5K it would be a bargain if you can live with diminished baggage capacity (and 14 gallons of 100LL sitting behind you).
