To put this thread to bed...the HAA (Housing Authority Agency) has reviewed my submitted reports and deemed that I'm fit to be a homeowner in the current neighborhood. So, I don't need to move for now, and the sale is WITHDRAWN.

I might put the house up for sale again when my housing application is due next time.
