It shows 14 V, 3A. The serial sticker covers up part of "1.5A". I'll bet above that is says 28V.
According to the brochure, it's available in 14v OR 28v models. NOT dual voltage. The Spruce website shows two different part numbers based on voltage. Apparently they use the serial number sticker to cover up the voltage it's NOT made for.
Also, according to Spruce, it's PMA'd for Cessna 180's, but needs a field approval (no biggie) for other models.
