Sometime ago, I saw a post about replacing interior plastic in the cabin and baggage area. I forgot to write down who the vendor was. Can someone steer me in the right direction?

Since I have removed all the old carpet (which looks like it was cheap black automotive grade carpet) and I have the seats out, now is a good time to replace the flimsy old plastic while inspecting the aluminum down to the bone so to speak.

Thanks,
Roy

Here I go again!

I found this on the buyplaneparts website and I'm wondering if anybody in the Club has used this with any success on the Royalite plastic?

Sem Weld 14 oz. A & B Kit (Used For Repair) (10-39708-20B)
ON-LINE PRICE: $34.61
Part Number: 10-39708-20B
Material: 2 Part Epoxy
Color: N/A
Repairs structural and non-structural damage to hard to repair plastics. A revolutionary formulation containing an adhesion enhancer designed specifically for problem plastics. In addition to outstanding adhesion characteristics, this two party epoxy based compound sands easily without clogging, and will not pinhole. It may be used on most interior and exterior plastics. (14 oz. A & B Kit)

Also, last year I bought a plastic welding machine from Harbor Freight and I had good results with this device on an automotive grade plastic. Has anybody had any luck welding Royalite?

My welder came with a various assortment of plastic welding rods, but I'm not certain if they would work on Royalite. I actually welded a cut on a plastic fuel tank with this welder last year and the weld is holding very well.
