I am listing this 150M for my good friend Nick.
He has decided to sell his 150 and upgrade to a larger, IFR equipped aircraft.

Nick and I have addressed every airworthy issue that we have found since he purchased this airplane. He does not believe in "deferred maintenance". The next items to be addressed were the interior plastics. It could use new door posts covers, door panels, and maybe new carpet. I think the interior is original.

2 new aileron hinges (1 each side)

Pilot side rudder pedals replaced
Pilot side seat rails replaced
New Mixture control cable
Left brake master cylinder rebuilt

That was pretty quick, James. Good to see our little airplanes are in demand! Did it sell to a Club member? I think Nick owes you a beer!

The airplane is going to a Non member located in Atlanta Ga. The new owner is buying it for his daughter to get her license in. I have been asked to fly it down there this weekend for the new owner. I am excited! I just hope the weather cooperates....

Where are you flying it to? I'm based in PDK, come say hi!

There is a chance (30% here in Memphis) of rain Saturday, but overall the weather looks pretty good. I hope you get to make the trip.

Nicks 150 will be delivered to KFFC, Atlanta Regional, Falcon Field. I would love to stop in and say hi, but, I am hoping to make a Delta flight back to MSP Friday night.


It is looking like I should go wheels up here in Little Falls around 4 am Friday morning. So far, the weather looks good for the flight.

Nice busy field. I go there often to pick up parts from Aircraft Spruce.

Minnie to Georgia in one day is a hike for sure.....hope you have time to take pictures and catch your return flight.

I'm tired just thinking about it.
