I looked at a couple Sundowners before I decided on my 150. Very nice planes indeed. In fact there's one just south of Indy for sale at $27k on Trade-a-Plane.

It was done by an AI who has studied SDs for years and highly recommended by members of the Beech Aero Club. He had a real hard time finding anything wrong with it. Logs show previous owners spared no expense for repairs, no "band-aids"! Told me that I got one of the top 10% of the SD fleet!! I feel so blessed. I really feel that my late Father & God put this deal together. Certainly wasn't by chance, I can tell you.

Should get into my hanger sometime next week!

Arrived 4/9/17, exactly one month after I first saw her.

I never thought that my hanger would have another plane in it only 23 days since 222 departed! Very excited and thankful!
