I offer for sale a Hornet 22 "intrinsically safe" heater by Aircraft Heaters.com. It is the same as the "Twin Hornet 22" shown here: http://www.aircraftheaters.com/aircraftheaters except it is a single heater, not a twin heater. It does have the 40' Premium, extreme temperature cord, rated at -40°C. As best I can tell, the "single" Hornet 22 is discontinued. I used it as a avionics/gyro heater in my 150. It was satisfactory to that purpose, but I felt it would be too weak for my 182. It is in excellent used condition and perfect working order. As I recall, I paid around $200 for it. I will take $75, plus a small contribution to USPS Priority Mail, depending on distance (with the cord it is fairly bulky/heavy).
