I am selling my 150D. My Cardinal is eating up all the money for the panel.

The following is a quickie description:
White with red stripes. Ext Paint a 7 of 10. Interior seats leather 2 years a 9. Carpet a 8. Int plastic original on doors a 7 panel plastic a 6. I have chased away the Gremlins in the last six months doing the following. Radio NAV Com rebuilt, new crystals (loud and clear). Transponder, new encoder and re-certified Jan 2018. ELT getting new battery and re-cert test today. Installed new heading indicator, new altimeter, VSI, re-piped the entire static and pitot tubing and fittings, new filter etc. PTT replace in August. New Battery Concorde in July. The only item NKR is the clock.
Total Time 3662. Changes flying weekly. Engine SMOH 1827, compressions 74,76,77,75. Will provide new annual and oil change for interested buyer. This plane was owned by my APAI and his son got his license in it. He now has a taildragger. I am Asking 17,500. Located in hangar at KOGD. Will provide pictures and copies of log books to request. All AD's complied with. The log books are very complete from day one. (better than my cardinal by a long way). She flies sweet and goes great. N4382U

Would like to see photos, did you need to make a new battery box for the Concord battery? How many overhauls on this engine? Where are you located? Has it been hangered?

Battery box was fine. Only one overhaul. The plane was stored and then re-assembled in 2011. I will try to attache pictures.

The plane is hangared in heated hangar Ogden Utah.
