Club Homepage Forums Classified Ads Buy & Sell - Everything But Airplanes Pre-Buy mechanic in CT

I'm looking for a shop to do a pre-purchase inspection on a 1968 C150. The plane is at Sikorsky Airport. To their credit, the local FBO does not do inspections on planes that they have worked on. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Greg, I can't remember specifics (comes with age), but I was looking at a plane in Mass and they recommended some airports nearby. They sold aircraft for locals and flight schools, and would recommend these unattached outfits.
The airports with the pre-buy inspections mechanics are New Bedford Muni and Theodore Francis Green.

You can try Reeves Air(401 596-8559)at Westerly State in RI which is 61nm NE of BDR. They are familiar w/ 150s. I have no direct experience w/ them.
