Includes bolt kit. The prop performed fine for me and was very smooth after a dynamic balance. Granted, the dynamic balance weights were added to the rear bulkhead so you may want to balance it again for your setup. I recently replaced it with a new Sensenich cruise prop because I got a very good deal on one.
