Mark, what's going on? Selling your plane, are you moving on to something else? I think we met once at Bacon Strip. You have a well cared for plane there, some one will be a winner with it. Hope it goes to good home.

Stepping back from flying for a while. Other life priorities. In the words of Arnold Whatshisname: "I'll be back."
As for C-150H N22507:
It's an affordable, low time, VFR/IFR trainer that sips unleaded fuel. This plane has been treated with TLC by professional mechanics throughout the decades.
It's perfect for a lightweight (<175 pounds) student + instructor.
I'm waiting for the phone calls/texts from anxious buyers. I also posted at my local airport Facebook group; the Pilots Place forum; and soon there will be a $19.95 Trade-a-Plane ad posted online.
I haven't posted a price. What do you think? $42.5K?

Mark, in today’s market, that is a very fair price, maybe a bit low. It is a nice airplane so do not sell yourself short.

Waiting for the phone calls, texts and emails. Nothing yet.
It's up on Trade-a-Plane. Lots of competition, much of it priced lower.
The engine in mine is probably worth close to the price I'm asking.
This plane could be used as an IFR trainer, especially where I live, with many published precision approaches (including ILS) and non-precision approaches at dozens of nearby airports.
The avionics are nice. ADS-B. Etc.
Waiting for the phone to ring. If someone made a cash offer at the price I suggested, I'd take it. I would even consider a counter offer...
P.S.
Just got my first query. A guy who can come up with $35.5, wants me to ferry the plane from central CA to Southern Illinois, and asks if I can arrange to find a local mechanic to do a pre-buy for him. I have politely responded to him, and told him I will consider his offer but will field other offers for a while.

Mark: I guess I won't see you at the Bacon Strip at least for awhile and at my age I probably won't be there by then.
I think your price is a little low. I have a friend here in Utah that just sold his 150 for $38,000. I think it was a 1967 but it did not have any ADS-B stuff and old radios and quite a bit more time on the engine. and the airframe. I don't think it even had a transponder.
I think you will sell it fairly quickly.

I am probably going to sell my bird after the Clinton Fly in although I may hold off until after the Bacon Strip in Mid October.
1968 C-150 H with 0-360 Lycoming and powerflow exhaust.and the Flint tip tanks. Approx 450 hrs SMOH. I will start researching prices before long. Ideal for out here in the West where we have to get up high all the time. About 2 months ago I took off and flew right over the top of the highest peak in Utah. The peak is 13,534 ft and I was at 14,500 and I have had the airplane to 16,100 ft.
Good luck on selling your 150!!

Bacon Strip is a private airstrip (a dirt road) in the Mojave Desert, about 25 miles from Barstow. It recently changed ownership. The new owner will purportedly continue to allow planes to fly in and they have an annual fly-in around October timeframe. This (somewhat low resolution) photo was taken there years ago. I wish I could find the original hi-rez.
Getting back to the subject of selling my airplane, I have one guy in Southern Illinois interested, and another local guy (San Jose, CA) coming over on Sunday to check it out.
The phone is not ringing off the hook (if it had a hook).
Still available.
