I was not aware Brian was selling until I saw it on Facebook today. And now, it is all done!

I completely understand Brian's thinking on setting the selling price like he did.

Working on an instrument rating is a good goal, as is working towards a CFI. I thought about being a CFI after I retired, but other things happened that sort of nixed that idea. I hope you do decide to pursue your CFi, Brian!.

Brian: You are nos in the same boat with me----sorta. As you probably know I sold my airplane about 4 months ago now. However I am not looking to upgrade or anything like that because my age has caught up with me.
I do miss my bird a lot but it really was time for me to give up the flying (After 68 years of flying)..
Good luck to you and Leah!!! Your to young to give it up yet so I certainly hope that you can follow through with your goals on advance ratings etc.
