Am selling my 1975 Cessna 150M I purchased in November of 2024. I have flown it over 100 hours since purchase. Plane is structurally and mechanically sound as far as I know. I am selling it because I started very late in life to get my pilots licence and find my energy levels with current life demands are not as they used to be. Some of the highlights are as follows and you can PM me or email me if you want to chat. Will be glad to provide phone number through PM.
Note: I have and will continue to enjoy flying her until sold. I gave too much for the plane and then spent a great deal of money getting her into very good shape for what she is. I am approximately $75K into the plane (which has nothing to do with what she's worth or what someone will give for it) Just to give you an idea that not-withstanding cosmetics I have not scrimped on what the plane needed and a few extras.
*N3067V *Low time engine with just over 500 hours. This a new engine and not the original. *I was told and as far as I can tell all logbooks are there since plane was new *Next annual due in 2/26 *Tach reads 3536 and Hobbs reads 108 but this is a new Hobbs and with the previous Hobbs of 4232 there is a total 4340 for Hobbs time.(plane is being flown regularly and hours will go up) *ADSB out *New ELT installed in 2024 *New brakes and tires in 2024 *Installed Reiff engine heater In December 2024 so I could fly and be easy on the engine. (Oil sump heater and (4) metal heating elements on each cylinder.) *IFR equipment but not currently certified. *CHT gauge *New seat upholstery in 2024 *Rosen sun visors *LED nav and landing lights *Installed new card compass to replace old leaking whiskey compass since I've owned it. *Plane has been hangared since I've owned it, is being flown regularly and is located at KEVV, Evansville, Indiana
Kind of give you a sample to get the ad in. Can get much more info and pictures to those who are interested.
Asking $59,000

Many thanks for looking out for a fellow forum member. I have not sold the plane yet and we do have it listed for sale on Facebook. I will check and see if it is ours or someone else is trying to sell my plane. Again I appreciate the shout out.
Guy was definitely a scammer! I chatted with him a bit, he was trying to “sell it” for $28k and was using old photos of it before the upgrades. I reported him on Facebook ????
Richard: I really appreciate you looking out for me and helping. Hopefully have a buyer who is setting up a prebuy and is interested. Stay tuned. Thanks again, Steve
