It is. I've posted ads on Barnstormers, Controller and Trade-A-Plane.

For anyone who has sold a pet of any sort and especially for Sandy, and Jessica and Scott Tidd.

First congrats and condolences both on the sales of LuluBelle and Skippy. I know well how someone can get attached to a machine.

Even though I don't name any of my stuff, it still seems they each have a personality, and for some reason they never want to leave me when its time to sell. They respond instead with. NO I don't want to start for HIM! Uh..., gosh it has a new battery, alternator, starter and key switch I have no idea why it won't start, just a minute while I... no, it's a great little... It started PERFECTLY yesterday... wait a... Oh really? and you HAD to leave a puddle of oil on the floor for my buyer too??? All the years I've owned you and you NEVER dripped on the floor. ...sorry Jim... don't sell me... I'll be good... I won't even be jealous of that new... sniff... new... sniff... WHATEVER she is over there...

I sold a semi truck and trailer to a guy once and we had almost that exact conversation. He about died laughing because he could see the truck and trailer were in really great shape and I had been using it a lot for hauling my grain with no troubles. He quietly said "My machines do the same thing to me when I try to sell them" and gave me a wink. I'll just have to get to know her better and then I think we will get along fine. I agreed. But I had one more condition before he took her home. She and I needed to go for one more ride alone. Her 10 speed never shifted smoother, her brakes were set perfectly, her hood, glass, and mirrors were shining and her little 350hp Cummins just purred. We only drove around for 15 minutes but it was a necessary way to say good bye. Her new friend took her home without any words. We both understood.

Life is short, eat dessert first.
