FYI; Wentworth aircraft salvage has a damaged 150 on Ebay that has the long range tanks. Could be worth a look.

Dan, I don't know how missed the photos of your Patroller until now. Nice! Could you please take a picture of the Patroller's features, especially the drop chute? Besides LR tanks and window-doors, what other features does your plan have? I'd be very happy to see more pictures of your rare plane. Pretty cool.
