Geoff,

Mine does not have the drop chute, from what I remember from looking through the parts manual, the drop chute was discontinued when the rear window was added --> post fast back. The only other really unique thing I've noticed is that the inside of the wings are factory primed and they are definitely structured for the LR tanks. Next time I open the wings I'll snap some photos for you. If you need a copy of the parts manual let me know. The parts manual has all the patroller specific pages separated in the table of contents. A mechanic at my airport swears he worked on a factory patroller that came OEM with a 150hp mill.

Thanks Dan! Cool stuff. Of course, I’m also maybe pondering ways of gaining advantage at the Clinton Iowa Confab’s annual nerf drop contest (with a drop chute). grin
