Sorry to hear about your engine! Believe me, I know the feeling. My plane is sold as needs overhaul, the buyer has paid and may pick it up this weekend. Owning a plane that I didn't fly much was pretty hard to justify without having to throw +- $15K at it.
Try Randy Thompson if you chose to overhaul. You're in California, shipping would have been expensive for me.
