I'd add PlaneCover.com, Control Vision (AMC unit and tech. support post-purchase) and Member Shelby's Company TnWings (for interiors, seat restoration, and his great "eyebrow" restoration service) to the list.
Also PlanePlastics (although their interior panels are not particularly cheap) was very nice to work with during my recent interior re-hab project.
