It is probably a 1967 Cessna 150, as it has the "square" rather than the rounded instrument panel. Many sellers are ignorant to the actual model year of their plane, and go by the year it was actually first sold, but like new cars, the next year models are sold in the end of the previous calendar year.
Check the S/N to be sure, many buyers prefer the newer panels as it is easier to upgrade with modern radios/instruments.
