Your right Jim, it is something I thought a little strange when I first looked at the photo's

That panel is an 8 slotter, not a six slot like the G/H model - its more a panel from a J/K Model onward. We know people change panels, but Matt, that might be the first thing you go looking for in the Logs - that is, if the change in the panel is actually doucmented there.

I did a rego check on the FAA site and, assuming I got the letters and numbers right, (they were hard to read on my computer) its listed as a 66 model in WA, though his friend is selling it in Idaho - around 3 hours drive away from where its registered (so it would seem)

Still, its worth the investigation for the price
