Obviously I am not a local, but looking at whats on Barnstormers, and taking into consiideration equipment and engine life to run etc, I would not think $18K or, even a little more, wouldn't be unreasonable.
Again, it comes down to the "looker" and what "they really want", I'm sure there's various people here who, when polled, will tell you anywhere between both $14k and $18K is a fair price - all that said, an onsite inspection can change the views, either way,of every looker
