I'd say start out at 20K negotiable, then allow the potential buyer to talk you down to somewhere not below around 16-17K. I think that's a fair price for this bird, even if the interior needs a bit of work.
You'll be happy and you never know when someone desperate wants to separate from their cash for just this particular model for full asking price.
Also, be patient. it might take a while in this economy.
