I would not consider buying this plane.
Yes, it probably fly's OK, and it does look "clean"...
(the price seems a bit low for a 450 SMOH plane)
But.... buying this you "inherit" everything about the plane, it's history, warts and all.
Always consider what would happen if you had to sell this plane yourself?
The logs "could" be an undocumented mess you may never sort out.
