63U has a very basic VFR panel. I wish it was IFR, but everything is a compromise. 63U came with a low time engine and a fairly decent paint job and interior. I looked at several IFR planes that either had high time engines or rough paint jobs/interior. So pick you poison.
I would like to upgrade my panel when I go for ADS-B out. How much depends on the money.
