New guy here just getting into GA looking to at this 1968 150H.

Can anyone here recommend someone to do a pre buy inspection near Doylestown PA?? (I know the ad says lewes DE but the plane is in PA)
Also the owner sent me a copy of the log books and the plane only flew 2.5 hours from 2009 to 2017, He has put 200 hours on it from early 2017 until now. should I be concerned with this???
