Hi Matt! Welcome to the club - you will love it here! I am anything but an expert, but although the plane sat for a LONG time, 200 hours in 12 months should have revealed any (major) issues. The compressions are good, and although that isn't the be all and end all, it is a great sign. The logbooks, if properly "maintained" will tell a lot - spend some quality time pouring over them.
That's a very nice looking airplane! I too have a 68H. I sure love the look of the wheel pants on that one. The paint and interior look very nice. The equipment is almost identical to mine.
