We also have a 150H, but the one in the ad looks a lot better than ours. Our useful load with full fuel is 386.4 lbs. Based on the recent flying, I would not be terribly concerned since the engine is about mid-time. The main concern I would have is potential corrosion in the cylinders and maybe the cam. A mechanic can use a borescope to take a look at the cylinders and see if any corrosion is present. Good luck!
