N8526J had its annual condition inspection in February and I've updated the listing and added photos.

I have flown this plane from St. Louis to Key West, FL; to Oceanside, CA; across the Grand Canyon; to Page, AZ; Devil’s Tower, WY. Always dependable. I’m selling N8526J for room in the hanger so I can put the wings on the Zenith 601 XL that I’m building.
John: It does not look like your attachments came out.
The 601XL's are beautiful planes - one of the guys here at my airport (ex-airline Captain) just finished his. All glass panel, GPS w/autopilot (i.e. all of the neat, modern, inexpensive avionics we can't legally install in the C-150's). He said he experienced a carbon monoxide problem shortly after finishing it, but other than that it apparently went together fairly easily for him, and flys very well with low fuel usage.
I'd not finished correcting the attachments before Paul had entered his post and another member had sent me a private message.
I got the condition inspection for N8526J in February. I told Bill and Ken at Lake Aviation in Camdenton that although it was for sale, I wanted it in tip-top shape because I would continue to fly it. They took me at my word and did more than $2,400 repairs and improvements on it. That does not include the nearly $1,000 for the annual itself (the most I've ever paid.) They put in new brake lines (the rubber parts), new fuel line, new oil line, rebuilt the muffler, put on a new exhaust pipe, brake pads, and wheel bearings.
I briefly considered trying to build a Harmon Rocket, but decided against it because of a general lack of experience in plane building, the fact that it would have ended up costing me about three (3) times the cost of my C-150, and I probably could not have flown it very safely - too high performance!
Except for six or so flyers, this is the only forum where it has been advertised. I'll be putting it on Barnstormers when I get back from First Flight.
But I did notice this in putting up the flyers -- there was no place for mine without moving things around. Every bulletin board was full of flyers, many with the prices marked out and reduced.
Hey, Gremlin, if you can persuade someone in Alaska buy it, then you can fly it back after Clinton.
Priced reduced to $24,000 for Cessna 150-152 members and those who learn of it on this site. It will remain listed for another month as $27,000 on Barnstormers.
I’ve added about 25 hours on the plane since the listing aboe – flew to Florida and up to First Flight.
