Also look at the W&B records. While any weight and arm change with a replacement radio would likely be negligible, it might give a hint as to whether just the radio was changed, or "radio and tray" installed/changed.
Better yet, get the part number from the radio data plate. We can look up the part number and that should tell us everything we need to know.
