This was an issue 3 years ago at annual. We removed the calipers and took out the pistons to clean them up. There was a lot of corrosion inside the caliper where the piston goes. We cleaned it up really good with scotchbrite and put a new seal kit in it hoping for a good outcome. Well I got 3 years out of that but don't think it will work again. So now I'm on the hunt for 2 calipers in great shape.
The IPC says this should be part # 061-01900

I could transfer all the other parts, usually in good shape, to the new cylinder and have a great unit with out having to send a couple of bad caliper assys back for exchange. You might look into that solution. $1100.00 for 2 brake cylinders and 2 pistons. Ouch!

I can't seem to locate the cylinder on ACS Canada. Do you have a ACS part#?
Never mind. Found them. $359.00 CDN
I don't remember if the pistons are chromed or not. Do you think I will need new pistons too?
And what about the o-ring. I did a search and can't find the Cessna number anywhere.
