My last fly-in was in 2010, prior to the new terminal. Back then, we camped/parked on the south side of 14/32, east of the ramp/hangars, with some parking/camping on the north side of 14/32. Showers were set up in the garage of the terminal. Will we still be camping/parking in the same areas? What's the set up for showers? I will also be camping this year and Wx dependent, arriving Saturday or Sunday, July 17th or 18th.

The shower is in the new terminal. There is also a shower in the old hangar but that is not used very often. Quite a few nice upgrades since your last fly-in.

Parking remains the same.

I don't remember if the Port-a-Potties were there when I was last there (2017) or we switched to using the FBO facilities.

There will be 2 port-a-potties. One near the camping area and another near the old hangar.

Is there electric available for campers to run a fan?

Experience is a hard teacher because she gives the test first, the lesson afterward.
The only time you have too much fuel on board is when you're on fire.

Man, does everything have to be “woke?”

But no, there is no electricity out under your wing, or over in tent city.

I use a small 3 inch fan that plugs into a USB port. Moving up to 21st century this year. I purchased a solar panel to charge a battery pack during the day to run my fan at night (and charge cell phone and iPad). This boy is going off grid.

I also have a Helinox cot (got one after I saw Ed’s. But mine is not yellow.). Cot beats sleeping on pad.

Also have several “solar powered” lanterns. Charge them up during day and use them at night. Light weight and easy to pack.

And this year I bought a hammock stand. Moving on up …

Good wife, good friends & a Cessna 150. Life is good.
